With an unprecedented increase of the diversity of the products, of the time to market that is sometimes reduced to some months and the wild cycles of renewal of products, the management of the enterprise becomes extremely complicated especially since the recipes of the past don't apply anymore.

To solve this complex equation, one speaks more and more often of "lean manufacturing" as "The Way" to follow, and Toyota is often mentioned as the perfect model of organization, from a performance and adaptation point of view.

This Japan study tour will bring elements of answer showing and explaining the best practices of lean manufacturing at the source.

T he participants will visit enterprises selected for their performance level and will receive from experts of the JUSE (Japan Union Scientists of Engineers and) gilt-edged information on the TQM (Total Quality Management) and its link with the JIT (Just In Time).

Thanks to our collaboration with the JUSE, the doors of outstanding enterprises will be open to penetrate in the workshops, as close as possible to the work stations. Thereafter, it will be possible to ask questions directly to the operational managers.
