The Right Action System

What does this mean? Put simply, the system of effective actions aims to train a project team (operator, method, project manager, preventer…) to formalise an operative commitment which is as efficient as possible for a given physical environment. This is constructed in a rational manner based on an evaluation of the limitations and main fundamentals of effectiveness which acts as a driver for work.

The aim: get rid of and/or neutralise all restrictions without impacting on productivity.

This operating methods is then deployed to all operators via a transmission and management process.

Result: Standardised working practices, reliability of skills, deadlines and optimised training quality, quality risks under control, optimised efficiency, health risks under control.
