For several years companies have been updating their action plans so as to eliminate quality rejects and reach “Zero incidents”.
Unfortunately, the results, when they exist, are often poor and far from meeting expectations.
Our approach to quality control is inspired by the teachings of Edward Deming. This is a global approach to all processes, based on observed and statistical data.
Even before undertaking a process of know-how, ValEssentia sets up an “observational system” which fully integrates operational staff and support services in the implementation of quality obtention methodologies, such as for example problem solving, the use of the 7 quality tools, self inspection, self-quality, the statistical control of procedures and the setting up of working standards, to mention just a few methods.
But our approach is also distinguished by the way of applying these techniques, integrating, according to the Asian spirit, the concept of desirability opposed to the western spirit more often based on the concept of acceptability.
